Liverpool's players conducted a lap of Anfield to send their thanks to the fans after signing off the campaign with a 3-0 win against Middlesbrough.
The Reds achieved their objective of a top-four finish with the result on Sunday afternoon, which puts Jürgen Klopp's side into the Champions League qualifiers for next season.
Once their work was done, the manager and squad visited each corner of the stadium to show appreciation for the supporters' backing during the past nine months.
