Charlton are bracing themselves for January offers from the biggest clubs in the Premier League for their latest hot prospect Ezri Konsa.

Interest is mounting in the teenage centre-back after Konsa broke into Russell Slade's side this season.

And there is set to be a big battle to land the 18-year-old when the transfer window reopens in January.

Representatives from the Premier League's big guns have been regulars at Charlton's games this season to watch Konsa.

That group is led by Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.

Mirror Sport understands numerous scouts attended Charlton's 1-1 draw with Oldham on Tuesday to again run the rule over Konsa. He is rated at Charlton as just as big a prospect as Joe Gomez, who joined Liverpool for £3.5m last summer.

Konsa joined Charlton as an U11 and signed a contract last December that expires in 2019.
