Liverpool FC have released the following ticket details for the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City to be played at Etihad Stadium on Tuesday April 10, kick-off 7.45pm BST.

Liverpool Football Club has received an allocation of 2,774 tickets for supporters to purchase.

The club has also received a further allocation of 200 top category seats that, in line with UEFA guidelines, will be used as part of the allocation for the players, the club’s UEFA Youth League players and staff, and travelling club staff and VIPs.

Disabled Supporters

Liverpool FC has received within the allocation 12 pairs of wheelchair and carer tickets priced at £32.50. Ambulant tickets are also available and concessions apply.

All Other Supporters

Tickets will be available ONLINE only to Season Ticket holders, Official Members and Fan Card holders based on attendance at the following European away fixtures: 

FC Porto (14/02/18), Sevilla (21/11.17), Maribor (17/10/17), Spartak Moscow (26/09/17), Villarreal (28/04/16), Borussia Dortmund (07/04/16), Manchester United (17/03/16), FC Augsburg (18/02/16), FC Sion (10/12/15), Rubin Kazan (05/11/15), Bordeaux (17/09/15).

Attendance at four or more games: from 8.15am Monday March 26 until 10am Tuesday March 27.

Supporters who purchase during this sale are guaranteed a ticket.

Supporters can purchase one ticket per qualifying supporter for up to a maximum of TEN tickets per transaction.

The following sale will then take place on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available to all who apply:

Attendance at three or more games: from 11am until 2pm Tuesday March 27.

A queuing system will be in place for this sale.

Due to the number of qualifying supporters exceeding the number of available tickets during the above sale, we do expect tickets to sell out.

However, in the event that tickets remain, further details will be announced here at 3pm on Tuesday March 27.

Supporters can purchase one ticket per qualifying supporter for up to a maximum of FOUR tickets per transaction during the above sale.

Those supporters who are not successful are urged not to travel.

There will be no duplicate tickets for this fixture.

DETAILS TO BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF BOOKING

Following UEFA guidelines, supporters MUST provide the following information for EACH INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTER ATTENDING. If someone else is travelling using your Season Ticket, Members Card or Fan Card, their details must be provided when making the booking.

We will not be able to make any changes to the booking once the purchase is complete.  

Please have these details ready prior to making your booking:

  • Forename
  • Surname
  • Full Address
  • Country of Birth
  • Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
  • Passport Number or National Identity Number
  • Outbound Travel Date (dd/mm/yyyy)
  • Return Travel Date (dd/mm/yyyy)
  • Method of travel to and from destination and stadium
  • Name and address of accommodation

UK-Based Supporters

When completing your booking, you must either:

  1. Select the POST option to have your tickets sent special delivery at a charge of £5.65 to the registered address of the lead booker.

An email providing a special delivery tracking number will be sent by Royal Mail to the registered email address of the lead booker.

Tickets will be posted week commencing April 2 only if you are not selected for ticket collection in Manchester.

As duplicate tickets are not being accommodated for this game, we are continuing with the Special Delivery service to ensure the guaranteed safe arrival of tickets.

  1. Select the COLLECT option to have your tickets held for collection at ANFIELD.

Information regarding when tickets will be available for collection will be updated here after April 3. 

All tickets must be collected from Anfield no later than 3pm on Saturday April 7.

Tickets will be available for collection from Anfield only if you are not selected for ticket collection in Manchester.

Non UK-Based Supporters

When completing your booking, you must select the COLLECT option.

All tickets will be held for collection and the club will contact you to provide collection details in the lead up to the game.

New Ticket Collection Process (as advertised here)

Following the sale, a random selection process for ticket collection in Manchester will take place involving ALL ticket purchasers.

ALL supporters selected will be required to collect their ticket in Manchester, regardless of whether collection at Anfield or the special delivery option was originally requested at the time of booking.

The process for these supporters will be as follows:

  • The club will send an initial email and SMS on March 29 to the supporter who made the booking.
  • It is the responsibility of the lead booker to:
  1. Notify each supporter within the booking that they too are required to collect their own ticket in Manchester.
  2. Notify each supporter within the booking of the collection details (once available).
  • A further email will be sent to the lead booker prior to the game and will include the following details:
  1. Names of supporters who must collect their ticket in Manchester.
  2. Collection point details.
  3. Identification required to collect the ticket.
  • An SMS will also be sent to the lead booker advising that full collection details have been emailed.

Following the game, any supporter whose ticket remains uncollected will have the Manchester City game removed from their customer record with no refund given.
