Jordan Williams joined the Reds at U14 level from Wrexham.
A Wales U17 international, Jordan can play either central midfield or centre-back.
Williams is an extremely composed player and has a fine passing range. In both his defensive and midfield roles, he is an asset to his side, particularly when he puts into practice his excellent reading of the game.
And that was certainly evident when the young man made his first-team debut in September 2014, taking to the field as a substitute in the Reds' Capital One Cup clash against Middlesbrough.
Ahead of the 2015-16 campaign, he sealed a youth loan switch to Swindon Town but sadly he picked up a cartilage issue and was forced to undergo surgery before a long recovery phase.
After nine months out of action, he returned for the 2016-17 campaign and Jordan is eager to make an impression once again.
With that in mind, he joined Rochdale for the first half of the 2017-18 season to build up more senior experience.
